With some properties receiving only two weeks’ notice before inspections; implementing the best strategies is more important than ever.

Maintenance staff have the most contact with residents and often the least training in fair housing law. It is a good business practice to train your maintenance employees and other front-line staff on the types of fair housing issues that may arise. This session is designed to provide knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and awareness of how the law applies to day-to-day tasks and interactions with residents. Learn how our actions can result in a fair housing problem and tips for best practices in communicating with and interacting with tenants to maintain consistency and help to avoid fair housing complaints.
