The Affordable Housing Management Association, RMH-AHMA (Rocky Mountain Heartland AHMA) was incorporated in 1982 as a not for profit organization serving the needs of industry members in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming and in 2022 we added Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri to our region. FY 2024 HUD Income Limits

HUD released the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 estimated Median Family Incomes (MFIs) and the FY 2024 Income Limits. MFIs are used as the basis for income limits in several HUD programs, including the Public Housing, Section 8 project-based, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Section 202 housing for the elderly, and Section 811 housing for persons with disabilities programs.
